Multi line prompt input

In the Create Spec conversation page, it would be nice if the prompt input box expanded and supported multiple lines. If it does, I can't make it work. If there are other prompt inputs, then the same request on those would be nice.

Fix Implemented

This issue has been resolved by updating the chat input in the Create Spec conversation page.

Changes Made

File changed: ui/src/components/SpecCreationChat.tsx

Implementation:

• Replaced the single-line input element with a multi-line textarea
• Textarea auto-resizes as you type more content
• Enter key submits the message
• Shift+Enter creates a new line within the input
• Styling updated to match the neobrutalism design system

How to Test

1. Create a new project via the UI
2. In the Create Spec conversation page, try typing in the chat input
3. Press Shift+Enter to add new lines within your message
4. Press Enter to submit the message

The textarea will automatically expand to fit your content as you type.
