Edit Existing Features in The UI

We can add new features, but I just want to be able to edit the existing one a little bit occasionally.

PR #28 adds the ability to manage features through the assistant chat, including skipping features to deprioritize them.

For full editing, a follow-up feature could extend the assistant to support commands like "Update feature 25 description to..." or add an edit button to the feature cards in the UI.
