Feature request: Jump into existing project

If a project already exist, the feature assistant is not really able do derive features from the current project. That would be so helpful to have first an assistant that analyses the project, create the current features, then chat with you about the further features and improvements...

Yup, i find it a super powerful tool and would like to add it to my current project as well so i can start developing new features with it. Right now it feels like you can start a new project from scratch and then keep adding new features/feedback which is dope but doesn't work on existing projects. Seems like a KILLER feature if this were possible in some way.

Perhaps we should have some sort of onboarding step that the autocoder could go through (in case an existing codebase is detected) where you give it an md file(?) with some explanation of what the code/app is about and then it goes out for a 'exploration' trip and when it comes back it communicates with the user about what it understands it is. This allows some back and forth until the user is happy with autocoder's understanding of the codebase and can then toggle the 'onboarding done' flag somehwere. Just brainstorming here.

And when opening an existing project that was previously autocoder,
the .autoforge/allowed_commands.yaml doesn't exist because it doesn't get generated for an existing project.
