Username can be a single character

Registration allows usernames consisting of just one character.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the registration page
2. Enter “a” as the username.
3. Enter a valid password.
4. Register and log in.

Expected behavior:
The username should have a minimum length requirement (for example, at least 3 characters).

Actual behavior:
A one-character username is accepted.
