I work across support engineering, product systems, and automation.

  • Support engineering. I investigate technical support issues, including integration and transaction failures, work through logs and API payloads, and follow the evidence through to a fix or better documentation.
  • AI and automation. I build practical support workflows, including ticket triage, grounded response systems, and product-health monitoring.
  • Product engineering & analytics. Node.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, PostHog, debugging, instrumentation, and fixes that remove friction.
  • Operations & community. I design systems for distributed teams and spend a lot of time in developer communities, contributing through support, documentation, and open source.
