Improve the AI agent #378

Add a feature to the settings that allows users to add custom providers via an OpenAI-compatible API, enabling them to specify an endpoint and an API key. Also make it possible to manually enter a model, such as "gemini-3.1-flash-lite", and have the list of models automatically load so they can be selected. Additionally, allow users to remove any custom providers they have added.
