Recent commits (#316, #320) modified upstream-shared files (skill/skill.ts, tool/bash.ts, tool/skill.ts) without wrapping custom code in altimate_change markers. This will cause the marker guard CI to flag these files during the next upstream merge and make conflict resolution harder.
