[Bug] Altimate Upgrade has some issues

When I opened Altimate without upgrading

altimate --version was showing v0.4.1 but, when I open and close the altimate TUI, it shows v0.4.0

After running upgrade, it shows v0.4.1 -> v0.4.1 and post this when I open and close the altimate TUI, it shows v0.4.1

Tried doing this to use /trace functionality
