Rework the DialogAltimateBaseConfirm consent copy: shorter, clearer, with a brief (model-agnostic) capability line so users see what they're opting into, while keeping the core data terms direct.
Privacy note for review: this moves the "linkable across launches / per-install id" detail out of the consent gate and into docs/docs/configure/providers.md (which still discloses it). The gate keeps the core "logged, used to train Altimate's models, don't send secrets" terms. Worth a privacy/legal glance on whether linkability must be disclosed at consent time vs. in docs.
