Alexander Busse

Senior developer, 15+ years. I build things end to end — and lately I build them with agents.

Applied AI on top of real systems: agent skills, RAG, multi-agent workflows. Payments and blockchain as a domain, including a payment product of my own. PHP, TypeScript/Node, Ruby, Linux.

Selected work

xrpl-php — XRP Ledger SDK in PHP, built by hand, including the parts PHP was missing: a port of Node's Buffer.

xrpl-ruby — The same protocol a second time, in Ruby, AI-assisted. The suite was green while the official reference fixtures passed at 0% — they were in the repo but no test loaded them. Now: 26/26 transactions, 261/261 account state.

LedgerDirect — My own product: accept XRP Ledger payments without an intermediary. One core, four shop integrations (Magento 2, Shopware 6, WooCommerce, PrestaShop. Supported by XRPL Grants, still maintained. All integrations are based on a common abstraction layer.
