Documents the GET /api/program/{programId}/networkConnectivityCheck
operation (operationId: checkNetworkConnectivity) and its response model
in both published specs (static/api.yaml and static/models.yaml).
The Network Connectivity Test lets a program validate advanced-networking
and VPN reachability to a host and port. Field names and the
NetworkConnectivityCheckResponse schema (resolvers[] with dns_resolution,
port_open, http_connectivity, reachability) were verified against the
self-service-gateway / self-service-connectors source of truth
(NetworkConnectivityCheckResponse DTO).
