ffmpeg link and installation is broken #7

Bug description

ffmpeg link and installation isn't working anymore. The link is dead

Operating System

Windows 10

Camera_control version

camera36, commit: c82b021 (nov 19 2022, latest as of now)

Steps To Reproduce

When following the github installation steps from the readme in the main directory: https://github.com/AdaptiveMotorControlLab/Camera_Control
Once running install1 as administrator, ffmpeg is not downloaded/installed, because the link is broken.

Relevant log output

Anything else?

I have found another workable link for it:
https://archive.org/download/zeranoe/win64/static/ffmpeg-20190730-a0c1970-win64-static.zip
However I didn't mange to set it up correctly in the install1 file.

My workaround was to:

• download it manually
• unzip it manually
• Take its content (bin, doc, presets, LICENSE, README)
• Move them manually into: C:\Program Files\ffmpeg
• commenting the download zip,unzipping and moving files from the install1 file.
• Running install1

To do / To debug:

Make the above working directly from the link inside the install1 file..
