[Bug]: CLI web run is empty

Bug Description

When I run lens-core test http://accesstime.co -w I am getting a link to open the results. However the link is broken.

Expected Behavior

It's still happening to me. The test is finished and the html file is clearly created and populated, but for some reasons the server cannot find it.
