Wrong core count in Kirin9000 #21

Description

@imishinn

I run it on my Huawei Mate 40 Pro (chipset: Kirin9000) and noticed an issue with the core count.
The device reports having 3 cores, but it actually has 24 cores.
Huawei Mate 30 (chipset: Kirin990) also get 3 cores, but it actually is Mali-G76 MP16.
Could you please look into this?
