Fixes #281
As raised by @Zahnentferner, the organization filter dropdown had inconsistent default text across pages: the Contributors page showed "All Contributors" while the Repositories and Maintainers pages show "All Organizations". This changes the Contributors page default option to "All Organizations" for consistency.

Display-text only — the option value ("all") and filtering logic are unchanged.

Note: the SettingsPage.test.jsx failures currently present on main (from #267) are unrelated to this change, which only touches ContributorsPage.jsx.

4. Run to ensure no style violations
