Records the completed first-party Linux ARM64 pairing canary against production Core and Console, including the exact build/report hashes, signed evidence before and after, both unlink paths, response-loss recovery, database invariants and complete retirement. The private two-account pilot was removed; global pairing and all economic/media gates stayed off. Includes only the exact redacted public report. Clearly leaves Windows pairing, human desktop recovery, client release and five independent operators open. Also records that Donli submitted four verified reports but subsequently stopped heartbeating. Verification: 70 focused tests in the Linux container, actual live canary, read-only Postgres comparison, diff check and staged secret scan.
