What And Why

Reconcile the active ten-item validator milestone with verified native runtime results and the remaining human/operator gates. Record the staged Core pairing candidate's fresh backup/restore proof without presenting it as a production deployment.

Evidence

  • Published preview.13 Windows Server runtime run 33110290699 and the previously recorded Linux ARM64 journey cover enrollment, accepted evidence and recovery, not ordinary-user desktop use.
  • PR test(validator): add native pairing qualification harness #63 merged as 35b4e04 after four native builds and clean installs passed in run 33115331270. Pairing test tooling is not a completed live pairing run.
  • Staged Core f51875ce restored a fresh verified production backup into its guarded scratch database, passed Alembic/schema checks at 0030, and removed the scratch database. Production remains 407f2984, with unchanged environment bytes, service start time and payout/backup timer states.
  • Read-only registration checks distinguish accepted reports from unconfirmed operator identity and unstarted independent qualification.

Checks And Risk

Docs only; diff and secret checks passed. No code, runtime settings, release artifacts, account associations or economic authority changed. Five independently reviewed operators, the 72-hour window, human Windows onboarding, live pairing and independent media references remain open.
