[Bug]: Workout Duration (individual set now, not workout/routine)

Bug Description

When Apple Health data is viewed, the workout itself is not there. The individual sets are showing - but not the aggregate workout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do workout (Routine) with multiple sets.
2. Complete Routine.
3. Load Apple Health -> Highlights -> click Workouts -> click Show All Data
   you will see the individual sets, not the aggregate workout.

Root Cause

writeWorkout() was called inside saveWorkoutSession(), which fires per set. Each set in a routine created its own HKWorkout (iOS) / ExerciseSessionRecord (Android). Apple Health displayed N individual sets instead of 1 aggregate workout.

Fix

Suppress per-set health writes for routine workouts; write one aggregate workout at routine completion.

Changes (7 files):

• HealthIntegration.kt — Added RoutineHealthData data class + writeRoutineWorkout() expect function
• HealthIntegration.ios.kt — Implemented writeRoutineWorkout() creating a single HKWorkout per routine
• HealthIntegration.android.kt — Implemented writeRoutineWorkout() creating a single ExerciseSessionRecord per routine
• WorkoutCoordinator.kt — Added routineAccumulatedCalories for tracking calories across sets
• ActiveSessionEngine.kt — Per-set writes suppressed for routine sets. Added writeRoutineHealthData() helper called at all 4 routine completion paths. Calorie accumulation per set.
• DefaultWorkoutSessionManager.kt — Calls writeRoutineHealthData() at DWSM's proceedFromSummary completion path
• RoutineFlowManager.kt — Resets routineAccumulatedCalories on routine exit/clear
• HealthDataMappingTest.kt — 5 new tests for routine data construction and calorie accumulation

Behavior:

• Routine workouts: One aggregate workout written at completion with full routine duration + summed calories
• Just Lift (non-routine): Unchanged — per-set writes (each set IS the workout)
• Abandoned routines: No health write; accumulated state reset on exit
