Since version 0.3.0, need to click "Start" twice to actually run routine

What Changed

When you select a routine, the app now automatically navigates to the first exercise and begins the workout flow — no extra taps required. Previously you had to manually start the first exercise after selecting a routine.

A new toggle in Settings lets you control this behavior if you prefer the manual flow.

How to Access

1. Go to Routines tab and tap a routine to start
2. The app immediately loads the first exercise and begins the workout — you're ready to lift
3. To disable: go to Settings → Workout section → toggle off Auto-Start Routine

Technical Details

• LaunchedEffect redirect with one-shot guard prevents re-triggering on recomposition
• autoStartRoutine setting persisted in UserPreferences via PreferencesManager
• Toggle available in Settings under the Workout section
