A deterministic approval layer between AI agents and external actions: agents propose, humans review exact payloads in Telegram, and separate scripts execute approved actions. With its documented process, filesystem, and credential isolation in place, no LLM sits in the execution path.

Designed and built a conversion-focused local-service site with an in-browser 3D shed configurator, server-side pricing, structured quote capture, Convex persistence, instant Twilio and Zoho alerts, SEO content infrastructure, and CRM handoff.
During the measured January–February campaign, 40 deduplicated qualified opportunities represented $196,042 in conservative quoted pipeline—not booked revenue. Across 70 successful production notifications, median dealer alert time was 1 second.
