Orphaned / legacy code

After the theme + chat-first refactor (27b6eff) and the agent-auth path (060574f), several files remain in the tree but are not part of the live render path.

Guidance for next developer

  1. Prefer extending NotesChatPanel / AppShell / TopBar for product UX.
  2. Before deleting orphans, confirm with product whether the 3-column layout will return.
  3. Do not “fix” auth by wiring midoc.ts unless deliberately reintroducing direct Midoc calls (and updating docs/security review).
  4. Root README.md still mentions the old 3-column layout — treat handoff/architecture.md as accurate.
