Subject: [PATCH] Fix missing list markers in chat markdown

Tailwind v4 Preflight resets list-style to none on ul/ol elements.
Restore disc/decimal markers and add nested list style variants
(circle, square, lower-alpha, lower-roman) for visual distinction.
