Unable to reapply – "Start an application" redirects to GitHub Pricing

Re-verification/Repeat Application

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,

My previous GitHub Education application was rejected. My university has now provided me with a new official student email, and I would like to submit a new application.

However, whenever I click "Start an application" from my GitHub Education Benefits page, I am redirected to https://github.com/pricing instead of the application form.

I have already:

• Added and verified my new student email
• Updated my profile name to match my academic documents
• Updated my billing information
• Logged out and back in
• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Tried Incognito mode and different browsers

Could you please reset my GitHub Education application state or investigate why I cannot start a new application?
