Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am an active school student (Class 9) for the current academic session 2026-2027. My full legal name is Ojas Yadav, which matches my profile name and billing settings perfectly.

However, the automated verification system keeps failing with a "Name Mismatch" error and won't let me proceed.

To prove my active student status, I have full access to my official online School Portal dashboard as well as my physical Final Report Card for the current session. Both of these official documents clearly show my Full Name (Ojas Yadav) and my current academic year.

Since individual support tickets are closed, could a staff member please assist me? I can privately provide both my Final Report Card and the Live School Portal screenshot for verification.
