Key Features

Hi @mnriem, thank you again for the earlier review and for merging the v0.2.2 catalog update through #3569 and #3584. This is the consolidated update for the current v0.3.2 release.

• Updates the existing community catalog entry from v0.2.2 without changing the preset ID, priority, or opt-in scope.
• Preserves LocalImplementation as the safe default and requires renewed explicit authority for PublishPR or MergeAndSync; installation grants no remote permission.
• Preserves read-only status, cooperative stop, explicit and idempotent resume, hard-abort recovery, mandatory-rule drift reconciliation, and fail-closed handling of uncertain operations.
• Preserves machine-readable lifecycle state, gate requirements, and exact-head provider evidence with equivalent Bash and PowerShell validators.
• Adds an optional policy-driven intake-review gate before feature creation. Repositories that do not require intake review remain unaffected.
• When enabled, the gate accepts only a current, hash-bound result from intake-review-governance and does not transfer repair, feature, commit, push, PR, merge, or bypass authority.
• Keeps all 13 templates, 5 commands, and 4 scripts provider-neutral and independent of programming language, CI provider, branch versioning, agent vendor, and merge policy.
• The integration was validated with intake-review-governance v0.1.0 and parallel-autonomous-run-governance v0.2.3, including unique command generation across supported agent surfaces and compatibility with existing autonomous run state.
• Field evidence includes synthetic hard-abort recovery, real interrupted and resumed TuiVision runs, exact-head closeout, and the later intake-review adoption and campaign validation.
• The exact v0.3.2 tag points to commit e314212b2717c9574d0445aedf441f49ba48645e; the GitHub tag ZIP has SHA-256 24f6ba1400da5efa8835a5c79ef2228d9bdd143396783383507b49801ca5c1f8.
• Related current submissions are parallel autonomous governance in [Preset]: Add Parallel Autonomous Run Governance v0.2.3 #3591 and intake review governance in [Preset]: Add Intake Review Governance v0.1.0 #3604.
• No automatic upstream acceptance is assumed; maintainer feedback on the optional dependency boundary and catalog metadata is welcome.
