"Deploy Website + Docs to GitHub Pages" has been failing on main: the Docusaurus
build aborts on the first MDX error, so nothing publishes at all.

Root cause: ARXIV_SUBMISSION_CONFIRMATION.md:62 uses the markdown autolink form
<https://info.arxiv.org/help/submit/index.html>. MDX v3 reads `<https...` as a
JSX tag and fails on the `/` in `//`:

  Unexpected character `/` (U+002F) before local name ...
  (micromark-extension-mdx-jsx, unexpected-character)

Replaced with a normal markdown link. This was the only occurrence in docs/docs.
