fix(tri): adopt the live CLI again, 1790 -> 2715 lines

`tri drift` was red: the four launchd timers and the shell PATH run
~/.local/bin/tri (sha256 907573629b38), and this tracked copy had fallen
925 lines behind it. Missing here were the x7-*, fpga-*, cast, devkit,
blog and x7-board commands; the removed lines are the Russian comments
that the live file already carries in English.

The t27.ai tools catalog will render one card per command from this
file at a pinned commit, so the copy has to be the one that runs.
Secret scan before commit: `tri fpga-keycheck` reports 0 key hits.
