Fix model coverage issues

Summary

Adds missing score data for longcat-2.5-preview-free to config/model-scores.yaml.

Changes

• longcat-2.5-preview-free: No published benchmarks exist (model released 2026-09-25, no AA/LiveBench data available yet). Added conservative estimated scores based on longcat-2.0 baseline with free-tier reduction applied.

Verification

• python scripts/opencode_maintenance.py passes — reports "All models have scores, no stale fallback entries"
