Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Correct decimal kilobyte symbols

Vitals divides network rates by 1,000, but uses the KiB and MiB instead of kB and MB. KiB/MiB are for binary units based on 1,024. This change corrects the usage of those units.

Also renames Kbps into kbps and KB into kB, because k is SI symbol for kilo.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Omit per-second suffix from network byte rates

Shorter network units reduce uneven gaps, especially when fixed widths are enabled and the gaps have expanded considerably. Remove the /s suffix from byte-rate labels and update the fixed-unit choices to match.
