The workspace-id budget goes from 38 characters to 47 (#283), so the id derived for a long branch name changes -- and that id names both the devpod workspace and the clone directory under `~/.cache/devlaunch/repos/`. Every release since 0.1.0 that was purely additive took a patch bump; this is not additive, and the version is the only place a user sees that before their next launch does. What they see: long names stop losing their tail. `kinisi_ros@ags-devcontainer-tooling-support` reads `kinisi-ros-ags-devcontainer-tooling-su-lenevere` instead of ending at `-devcontainer-t-`, and a dependabot ref keeps its whole action name. 38 was never a limit anything enforced -- devpod's ceiling is 48 and fatal, and devlaunch was holding ten characters back for downstream tooling that stacks prefixes onto the container name against a 64-byte limit. 47 spends nine of them and keeps one against devpod's wall. Existing containers keep opening: `dl` addresses a workspace by the devpod id recorded in `metadata.json`, which wins over the derivation. A clone directory whose leaf changes is re-cloned under the new name on the next launch, and the old one becomes a directory no record claims -- which is what `dl --prune` lists and offers to remove. Also carries the release-time half of `devlaunch-test-support`'s `versioned_with_the_workspace`, which asserts the inherited version against a literal and so moves with every release, and the `rust/Cargo.lock` entries for the five workspace crates.
