Fixes #9.

.github/workflows/tests.yml runs on ubuntu-latest (the repo is public), on every pull_request with no branches: filter and on pushes to main. It installs poppler-utils because the PDF assertions shell out to pdftotext, pdfinfo and pdffonts, and the Pango libraries for WeasyPrint. Then it runs uv sync --locked and uv run pytest -q. The repo has no Makefile, so the workflow calls pytest directly.

This PR's own run of the workflow is the first evidence that the suite passes on a clean runner. The test result is reported in a comment below.

Fixes #9

…3.13

The first CI run used 3.12.3 and failed one test: 3.12 prints no carets when
the error spans the whole line, 3.13 prints them anyway. The cell now fails
inside a larger expression, which gets carets on both.

First run (Python 3.12.3 from the runner) failed one test: test_python_traceback_is_cell_relative asserted a ^ caret line, which Python 3.12 omits when the error spans the whole line and 3.13 prints anyway. Locally the suite had only ever run on 3.13.1. Fixed in 1ad267a: the cell now fails inside a larger expression (y = int("3.5") + x), which gets carets on both, and the workflow runs a 3.12 + 3.13 matrix since requires-python is >=3.12. Both jobs green.
