Subject: [PATCH] Release v1.51: Explorer context menu and update checker

Bumps VERSION, the in-app version string, versioninfo.rc, and the
installer.wxs doc example from 1.50 to 1.51, and adds the Changelog
entry for the two features merged this cycle (Explorer right-click
integration, version display + manual update checker).
