feat(web): add log viewer with full session history - #592

Add log filtering, search, warning and error navigation, live refresh, and filtered downloads. Preserve current-session history across file rotation with batched loading and paging. Consolidate logging into themerr, backend, and yt-dlp channels and mask sensitive log content.

Select log files from fixed mappings and share relative-path validation and canonical containment checks across file readers and HTTP responses. Add repository guidance and traversal regression tests. Simplify log history loading and correct token filtering, test assertions, and accessible controls.
