fix(ce-user-scenarios): sonnet floor for user persona agents - #16
Merged
Conversation
User personas exercise features and judge UX -- judgment work, not mechanical extraction. Same policy as the ce-review model-tiering fix on main: orchestrator agent-model wins when defined, sonnet otherwise. This conventional-commit also makes release-please pick up the ce-review/ce-run fixes already on main, which landed without a conventional prefix and were invisible to the release pipeline. User personas (Betty/Chuck/Dorry/Mark/Nancy) spawned on haiku — but persona evaluation is judgment work, and these agents are the Everyday Usability merge gate. Same policy as #15: orchestrator
agent-model:wins when defined, otherwise sonnet.Bonus effect: #15's squash commit lacked a conventional prefix, so release-please reported "no user facing commits" and skipped the release. This properly-prefixed commit triggers the release that ships both.
