[BUG] UnigetUI can't load all list of software?

UniGetUI
3.2 release installed as portative mode

OS: Windows 10 Pro x86_64
Kernel: WIN32_NT 10.0.19045.3448 (22H2)
installed:
windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.16-win-x64.exe

spins the wheel endlessly (i'm wait 1 hour), see video demonstration.

reproduced 100%

earlier version not have this problem on this computer.
at home on another computer I have not problem

UniGetUI ran as domain user (with admin priveledges)
