Subject: [PATCH] Make http uri with non-empty path

http://domain.com/?delete instead of http://domain.com?delete

Reason: uri is correct (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7230#section-2.7.3), but nginx did not accept it correctly (https://github.com/nginx/nginx/blob/master/src/http/ngx_http_parse.c#L438)
